Always inspect your package as soon as possible after it is received. If your items are damaged, please report the problem to the carrier within 24 hours.

All returns must be authorized prior to shipping back. Please email us at info@natalienote.com. Buyer is responsible for shipping costs. In order to receive credit, returned items must be in original packaging in sellable condition.

Orders will be processed and generally shipped within 1-3 business days of order, via UPS or USPS delivery, pending stock availability. Orders will generally arrive within 2-8 business days, based on ship address location.

Any change requests after your order has been submitted cannot be guarenteed. No PO Box orders.

All international customers are responsible for duties and taxes. We will guarentee all packages until they reach the International customers customs agency, at that point we are no longer responsible for the package.
